With a deep passion for food and hospitality, Chef Courtney Lindsay leads the kitchen as Executive Chef, crafting bold, innovative plant-based flavors with his signature touch. His culinary expertise extends beyond the restaurant, as he is also the founder of Sauce Co. Foods, a brand dedicated to elevating meals with handcrafted, small-batch sauces.

Behind the scenes, Chasitie Lindsay is the creative force driving the brand’s vision and experience. A seasoned entrepreneur, former teacher, videographer, and DJ, she curates Mo’ Brunch + Brews’ marketing, branding, and community engagement.

Since opening its doors on Juneteenth 2021, Mo’ Brunch + Brews has become a go-to destination for delicious vegan brunch, specialty coffee, and a carefully curated vinyl shop, by Flash Gordon Parks —all infused with the couple’s love for food, music, and community. Rooted in faith, family, and a desire to serve, the Lindsays continue to pour their hearts into everything they do, proving that great food brings people together—and that’s exactly what Mo’ Brunch + Brews is all about.
